ToUpper

Converts a string to uppercase.

Parameters

• text (string): The string to convert.

Returns

• string: The input string with all characters converted to uppercase.

Description

Uses culture-invariant conversion (ToUpperInvariant). Produces consistent results regardless of the host system’s locale.
